In this class you’ll learn to make a cherry and vanilla, also knows as a white forest, buche de Noel. A light sponge base holds a vanilla mascarpone mousse, cherry gel, brandy poached cherries , finished with a kirsch creme fraiche and (hopefully) a fresh cherry on top. This class can be made alcohol free also!
