
In this class you’ll make a petit gateaux inspired by the classic lamington. A coconut cake holds a coconut mousse, with a milk chocolate shell and milk chocolate whipped ganache, a cocoa coconut and raspberry gel.
this class contains dairy, egg, gelatine and gluten. It is nut free (unless you count coconut as a nut) it can be made gluten free upon prior request
