Class Details:

In this class you’ll learn how to make 4 sticky toffee pudding soufflés, with a caramelised white chocolate plaque and a toffee sauce. You’ll also get the recipe for (and a little container of) vanilla ice cream to take home with you (you just won’t make this in the class). As soufflés are best eaten straight out of the oven, you’ll make your soufflés to be baked at home, and I’ll give you tips on freezing them or even baking them the next day  

This class contains, dairy and egg. It is nut free, gluten free and gelatine free.

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street

 You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
