
In this class you’ll learn to make blackcurrant and chocolate choux, a light choux pastry filled with a blackcurrant compote, chocolate cremeux, blackcurrant whipped ganache and blackcurrant gel.
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine it can be made gluten free and gelatine free upon prior request.
You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
