In this class you’ll learn how to blow sugar spheres, and turn them into a beautiful apple dessert! Because sugar blowing is such a technical skill, the class will focus on blowing sugar spheres, and the remaining components of the dessert will be made for you to take home and assemble.
The dessert is composed of a blown sugar apple, elderflower cream, apple basil sorbet, apple compote, fresh apple dice and oaty crumble.
PLEASE BE AWARE: blowing sugar involves working with incredibly hot sugar and open flames. This class has a higher risk of burns and other injuries than normal classes.

this class contains gluten and dairy. It can be made gluten free upon prior request. a minimum number of attendees is required to run this session. The class may be cancelled if this number is not reached, in this case you will receive a full refund and at least one weeks notice
