In this class you’ll learn to make 8 little Christmas tree sablees, composed of two layers of sablee sandwiching a passionfruit milk chocolate ganache and passionfruit caramel, dipped in caramelised white chocolate.
This class contains gluten and dairy. It is egg and nut free and can be made gluten free upon prior request.
You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.
