In this class you’ll learn to make a delicious, refreshing grapefruit margarita petit gateaux. A grapefruit mousse holds a grapefruit and tequila jelly, on a grapefruit yogurt cake base, with a thin sable biscuit for crunch. Finished in a grapefruit glaze with candied grapefruit peel. If you don’t like grapefruit, this isn’t the class for you!
