In this class you’ll learn to make beautiful and delicious pecan and caramel bites. A mascarpone mousse holds a pecan sponge and a caramel core, dipped in valrhona dulcey caramelised white chocolate, topped with pecan praline and a sweet salty pecan. This little petit four is the ultimate salty sweet treat.
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg, nuts and gelatine. It can be made gluten free and gelatine free upon prior request
