In this class you’ll learn how to make a summer berry tart, the perfect centrepiece for your Christmas Day table! A sweet pastry shell, vanilla cake, berry compote, basil cream and looooooooads of fresh berries. You’ll make one 20cm tart that will feed 6-8 easily.
This class contains gluten, dairy and egg. It is nut and gelatine free and can be made gluten free upon prior request.
You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
