This is not a lemon tart is a class that’s all about the sweet and sour flavours of a lemon meringue tart, but in a pastry chef way. A caramelised white chocolate shell holds a lemon Madeline, lemon marmalade, lemon cremeux and lemon mousse, topped with a lemon vanilla gel, Swiss meringue and candied lemon strips. This dessert is a lot, but so perfect for sharing between two 🍋🍋🍋
