
In this class you’ll learn how to make a sweet and savoury tomato kouign amann tart. A kouign amann base, whipped feta, tomato compote, roasted tomatoes and fresh cherry tomatoes.
This class contains gluten and dairy. It is nut, gelatine and egg free. It can NOT be made gluten free.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
