In this class you’ll learn to make a tropical tiramisu inspired gateaux. Layers of biscuit cuillere with a passionfruit coconut soak hold a passionfruit cremeux and a mango mousse, topped with whipped coconut cream, lime life poached pineapple and pearls of finger lime. Held together with a white chocolate collar.
this class contains gelatine, dairy, gluten and egg. It can be made gluten free upon request, it is also nut free.
