In this class you’ll learn how to make a plum and basil petit gateaux. Composed of a basil panna cotta, plum gel, vanilla cake, plum mousse and plum glaze, finished with whipped cream cheese and edible flowers.
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine. It can be made gluten free upon prior request.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
