
In this class you’ll learn to make my take on the Swedish prinsesstårta. Three layers of light sponge layered with a black Doris compote, cardamom scented cremeux, pistachio whipped ganache, marzipan and chocolate flower decoration.
this class contains nuts, dairy, egg and gluten. It is gelatine free and can be made gluten free upon prior request.
