In this class you’ll learn to make a tropical summer buche de Noel. A light vanilla sponge topped with a mango mousse, passionfruit jelly, vanilla whipped ganache with a touuuuuuch of pineapple, yellow mirror glaze and yuzu chocolate plaques.
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine. It is nut free and can be made gluten free upon prior request.
