In this class you’ll learn to make Easter bonbons made of a caramelised white chocolate shell, pineapple gel, passionfruit ganache and a yuzu scented egg on top.
you’ll make at least 12 bonbons in this class.
This class contains dairy. It is gluten, gelatine, nut and egg free.
You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
