In this class you’ll learn to make 3 different cookies with special toppings, plus you’ll also get the recipe for the fourth cookie (the kūmara snickerdoodle)
the cookies you’ll make are the brown butter chocolate chip cookie with a chocolate ganache, brown butter caramel cookie with thick caramel drops and a black cocoa cookie with cheesecake ganache.
this class contains dairy, eggs and gluten . It is nut and gelatine free. It can be made gluten free upon prior request
