In this class you’ll learn how to make a tiramisu inspired baba. A yeasted dough soaked in a coffee kahlua syrup, topped with a coffee veil, vanilla mascarpone, cocoa powder dusting and crystalised chocolate
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and alcohol. It can be made alcohol free upon prior request.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
