In this class you’ll learn to make the perfect chocolate eclair. Using chocolate choux pastry, a chocolate cremeux and a chocolate icing. Finished with gold leaf, cocoa nibs and a touch of flaky salt too. 
The eclairs will be made with dark chocolate, but can be made with milk chocolate if you prefer! Just message or email me at the time of booking so I can have the correct ingredients ready.

this class contains dairy, egg and gluten. It is nut free and can be made gluten free upon prior request

 You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
