In this class you’ll learn how to make a whollllle lot of cookies, perfect for Christmas gifting! The cookies you will make are:
🍓 strawberry crumble cookies
🍫 world peace cookies (a cross between a chocolate cookie and a sablee)
🍋 lemon crinkle kisses with a lemon buttercream
🫚 triple ginger cookies with brown butter buttercream topping
This class contains gluten, dairy and egg. It is nut and gelatine free.
You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable. Most classes produce items that require refrigeration. Please bring a chill bag with you and ice packs if you are travelling from outside of wellington or in hot weather.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
