In this class you’ll learn to make a cookies and cream cheesecake like no other! A black cocoa base, baked cheesecake, whipped sour cream cheesecake topping, chocolate sauce and chocolate collar.
This class contains gluten, dairy and eggs. It is nut and gelatine free and can be made gluten free upon prior request

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
