
In this class you’ll learn how to make Easter themed choux buns. A cocoa choux filled with a caramel cremeux, caramel sauce and miso chocolate mousse (I know the miso sounds weird but I PROMISE it’s good and you will be able to leave it out if you want), kataifi pastry nest and mini chocolate eggs (you won’t make the eggs, they’re the ones from the supermarket cause they’re amazing as is)
This class contains gluten, dairy and egg. It is gelatine free and can be made gluten free upon prior request.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
