
In this class you’ll learn to make an Easter inspired gateau. A carrot cake base, passionfruit cremeux, carrot gel, speculoos mousse, milk chocolate glaze, vanilla jelly and caramelised white chocolate eggs. Due to the volume of elements in this gateau the caramelised white chocolate eggs and carrot gel will be pre made for you, but they will be demonstrated in the class too.
You will make one large gateau that feeds 6-8 people.
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine, there is a pescatarian gelatine alternative.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
