In this evening class you’ll learn how to made delicious feijoa hand pies. A sour cream rough puff pastry with a feijoa elderflower compote, filled with a vanilla mascarpone cream (not in the picture because I ate them too quickly to fill them with the cream…)

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
