In this class you’ll learn how to make a delicious rhubarb charlotte. A biscuit cuillere (super light sponge) holds a rhubarb compote, topped with a rhubarb mousse and vanilla mascarpone, with candied rhubarb shards
this class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine. It is nut free, and can be made gluten free upon prior request.
