In this class you’ll learn how to make 3 shortbread based biscuits: a hundreds and thousands biscuit with a strawberry glaze, a empire biscuit with yuzu elderflower gel and elderflower glaze and a berry and cream biscuit with a vanilla buttercream and raspberry compote.
This class contains gluten, dairy and egg. It is nut and gelatine free.
