
In this class you’ll learn to make a spiced kūmara and passionfruit tart. Composed of a spiced tart shell, passionfruit jam, kūmara mousse, spiced whipped ganache and caramelised pecan nuts.
this class contains gluten, dairy, egg, gelatine and nuts. It can be made gluten and nut free upon prior request.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
