In this class you’ll learn how to make one of my favourite pastries ever, the kouign amann! You’ll then learn how to turn it into a beautiful tart with a blood peach gel, vanilla whipped ganache and vanilla macerated stone fruit.
This class contains gluten, dairy and gelatine. It is egg free and can be made gelatine free upon prior request

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
