In this class you’ll learn to make a tarte aux agrumes, a citrus tart. This tart is all about the different flavours of citrus. A puff pastry ring holds a frangipane base, topped with a baked bergamot creme and topped with a fresh citrus compote and finger lime pearls.
this class contains dairy, gluten and egg. It also contains grapefruit, but this can be removed upon prior request. It is nut and gelatine free.
