
In this class you’ll learn how to make a re-invented version of a classic tarte tatin. A puff pastry collar, vanilla mousse, caramelised apple compote, fresh apple dice, caramelised apple spheres and fresh thyme leaves.
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine. It can be made gluten free upon prior request and there is a pescatarian gelatine alternative

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
