Tiramisu is the most loved dessert, and this is my version. A coffee and Marsala soaked biscuit cuillere holds a mascarpone sabayon, dipped in a chocolate shell and decorated with a mascarpone cocoa cream.
this class contains contains eggs, dairy, gluten and alcohol. It is nut and gelatine free, and can be made alcohol and gluten free upon prior request.
