In this class you’ll learn how to make puff pastry from scratch and turn it into two types of tarte tatin, a traditional apple tatin and a savoury red onion tatin. Please ignore the melty cream on the apple tatin, I made a rookie error and put cold cream on a hot pastry!
This class contains gluten. It can NOT be made gluten free.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
