In this class you’ll learn how to make two types of classic Kiwi bakery buns with a sugar flour spin. Classic pink buns are upgraded with a yuzu curd filling and a yuzu icing. Cream buns are given an extra bit of flavour with boysenberry compote and a sprinkling of freeze dried boysenberries.
This class contains gluten, dairy and egg. It can NOT be made gluten free.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
