In this class you’ll learn to make 6 yuzu Portokalopita, a broken filo cake soaked in yuzu syrup (think custardy baklava without the nuts, it’s sooo good!), topped with an orange blossom labneh, yuzu gel and citrus salad (as always I’ll leave grapefruit out of the salad ingredients for those of you who can’t eat it)
This class contains gluten, dairy and egg. It NOT be made gluten free.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
