My debut cookbook Patisserie Made Simple is almost here, and it would mean the world to me if you pre-ordered a copy! At the checkout you can choose one of three shipping options:
1) Collection on launch day (1st March 2025) between 9am-12:30pm from Sugar Flour, where you can get your copy signed with a personalised message
2) Collection at any time on or after launch day from Scheckters Deli in Johnsonville Mall
3) Have your book shipped to you. Books will be shipped on the 1st of March 2025. Please ensure you choose rural delivery shipping if you have a rural address. For Australian shipping only one book can be added to cart at a time due to shipping rates.

Patisserie made simple is loaded with over 100 patisserie recipes! In the front of the book you'll find detailed photos and explanations of techniques, such as making mousse, tempering chocolate and glazing gateaux. The remainder of the book is split into 5 sections, Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter and Celebrations. Each section contains petits gateaux recipes that are perfect for each season
Every petit gateau recipe in the book is made in one simple tin (a 16x26x3.5cm slice tin), making all of the recipes accessible and approachable!
