In this class you’ll learn how to make two delicious bakes using honey! Spiced honey cakes with passionfruit glaze and a salted honey brown butter cookie.
This class contains gluten, dairy and egg. It can be made gluten free upon prior request.
You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable. Most classes produce items that require refrigeration. Please bring a chill bag with you and ice packs if you are travelling from outside of wellington or in hot weather.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
